REPAIR DESCRIPTION:

• Testing and full diagnostic of your air purifier.
• Deep cleaning of your air purifier. This process involves our technicians taking apart the whole unit and cleaning it with special chemicals. Deep cleaning is the first and most fundamental aspect of our repair service. Without first cleaning the unit, it would impossible to identify all existing and potential problems.
• Repair of all mechanical and/or electrical problems by our certified and highly skilled technicians. Repair includes a replacement of electrical or mechanical parts if needed. We take 7 days to repair your air purifier and then we run it for up to 7 days for testing.
• ESD shielding and EMI protection. We will apply silicone shielding to sensitive wire contacts and electronic circuitry in order to protect them from corrosion caused by ozone, humidity and excess of electric charge. This process makes the unit work more efficiently and allows the purifier to last longer.
• Complete quality control and post testing inspection.
• 120 days warranty on the whole unit. Our warranty includes shipping both ways. Generally our customers get to enjoy their air purifier for many more years after repairing their air purifier with us.
• We ship your repaired unit back to you at our expense.
• We will use top notch packing and guarantee a safe arrival of your air purifier to your home or business.
• Once we receive your air purifier, we will send you an email confirming that your air purifier has been received and indicating your estimated completion date which is 14 days after your air purifier is received by us.
• After your air purifier is repaired and tested, you will receive a call from one of our representatives informing you of completion. You will also receive an email indicating what has been repaired or replaced and your UPS tracking number, so you know the date your repaired air purifier comes back.
• We are confident we can repair your air purifier, and for your safety our policy states that if we are unable to repair your air purifier for any reason, we will issue you a full refund and ship the unit back to you at our expense.
• We guarantee lifetime support in order to help you with any questions or issues you might be experiencing after your unit is repaired.
